1 - click on the start and then control panel and then click on the icon system .

2 - Click on the Hardware at the top , and click on Device Manager.

3 - you'll see.

5 - in this box you'll see your computer components such as Hard drive, processors, monitors,……etc, click on to see the type.

6 - If one of the components has a problem you will see a sign in front of him and to solve this problem you must reinstalling it again by clicking on the icon properties from the top of the page and then click on reinstall drive.
